Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada

Valley of Fire is a real gem...one that I can't believe I didn't discover years earlier! Hundreds of arches, wildly shaped sandstone outcroppings, and colorful layers all make this place a landscape photographer's dream. With so much to photograph, there are hundreds of new compositions waiting to be had. Its proximity to Las Vegas makes Valley of Fire an easy destination to visit, too.
